“Palilula Night” manifestation this year  eighteenth time  take it place in order of celebration of city of Nis “Saint Emperor Constantine and Helen”. Organizer, Palilula Municipality make that “Palilula Night” keep atmosphere that characterized this manifestation. Palilula has sang and played with “Saita” and “Mambe” KUD “ORO” ensembles “Orange Band” and “Hetrik”. Thousands of people-guests of this unique manifestation with sadness spoke about  “old town” and  about plans of life and work in the new Palilula who walk to Europe. According to  tradition “Palilula Night” its opened by the President of Municipality, Prof  Dr Igor Novakovic. “From old times Palilula was part of the city where its caring the spirit of traditional, noble, but and bohemian Nis. And this our traditional gathering and promotion of creativity proves that. We Palilula people know with which potential we dispose. For that reason, in present is the largest construction site in the city, not only here in the heart of Palilula but in our suburban settlements  and villages that have been forgotten for years. From Vukmanovo and Berbatovo, Delijski vis to Međurovo from Novo selo, Ledena stena to the Bubanj and Gorica. We know that natural and social environment, preserved environment and stable economic resources are a prerequisite for quality of life of a community. These are our advantages. But without a good financial status of every individual, every family in Palilula, as well as access to a variety of content that meet their needs, we can not speak of a developed community. Therefore, it is our constant task, since 2008, when by your choice we takeover of management of municipality, to improve the quality of life of citizens of Palilula. With wishes to gather like this more often and to live in happiness and love FOR OUR PALILULA! WHICH KEEPS OWN TRADITIONAL VALUES – said president Novakovic. In the name of brotherly Svoge Municipality in Bulgaria by telegram of President Emil Atanasov – Cvetanov welcomed the participants of this manifestation. A special honor for the organizers of Palilula night it was the visit and speech to Palilula people of His Holiness, Serbian Patriarch Irinej. “I wish you happy holiday, happy celebration of our city where he was born “Emperor Constantine” and the celebration of our temple- said in a oration His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej (Gavrilovic). "Today is a great day and for the temple and the entire city of Nis, which is a symbol of freedom of religion and freedom of being. With a desire to gather like this more often  to honor our great people to get a hold on their lives and to follow it with our lives, to live in happiness and love, "said the Serbian Patriarch Irinej.

On the central stage, located at the intersection of Palilula market, through song and dance till late after midnight, performed actors, musicians, traditional folk groups, choirs, pop ensembles. The program began with performance of Military orchestra - Nis, Church - dance ensemble “Branko”.- Artists Vladimir Hadžitančić and Predrag Ciric performed the song “Nanula”. Perfomed and choir of teachers, “LIRA”, folk ensembles  “ORO”, “Soko” - Soko Banja,  KOVILJE - Vukmanovo. Musical groups “Black Mambo” - Saita is simply stirred the audience to their homage to Saban Bajramovic. Then it were performed pop - rock band “Hattrick” and “Orange Band” - Nis.

Within Palilula night it was more interesting following activities. Painting Peninsula Palilula with  young artists was one of the following activities. It was promoted and Palilula newspapers 2 and the new number of magazine “Niski vesnik”.
